Dermatology Hawke’s Bay was delighted to once again support The Cocktail Party, hosted by Karamu Rotary Club to raise vital funds for the new Cranford Hospice facility.
This year’s event was one of the most successful in its 33-year history, raising over $142,000 from the Live Auction and $14,456 from the Silent Auction – with more to come. It was a privilege to be part of an evening that brings our community together in such a powerful way to support palliative care services across Hawke’s Bay.
As part of our contribution, Dermatology Hawke’s Bay donated a Live Auction lot of fifteen skin checks with Dr Juber Hafiji – a prize valued at over $5,000. The winner now has the opportunity to gift skin checks and peace of mind to their friends, whānau or staff.
“It was a fantastic night for a great cause,” said Dr Hafiji. “We were thrilled to be involved again and to support the incredible work Cranford Hospice does for our region.”
