We are Hawke’s Bay’s only dedicated skin cancer and dermatology practice offering Mohs micrographic surgery. We also offer a full range of skin checks, skin cancer treatments, general dermatology and skin appearance treatments. No GP referral is required.

Dr Juber Hafiji

Specialist Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon
MB ChB, FRACP, FRCP(UK), FACMS, FNZDSI

I was born in Yorkshire (UK) and completed my Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree at the University of Leicester Medical School (UK). After completing 3 years of general medicine, I obtained membership of the Royal College of Physicians (London, UK).

I completed my Dermatology training at Cambridge University (UK) following which I completed my advanced surgical training with the American College of Mohs Surgery. I am a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Member of the New Zealand Dermatological Society. I am passionate in what I do and aim to deliver good outcomes for my patients. I aim to treat my patients how I would like myself or my family to be treated.

I relocated to Hawke’s Bay with my wife and 3 children and we have never looked back. Moving to the bay was one of the best decisions I have made.

I worked in the city of London as a Financial Consultant for many years before deciding to focus on my family. I enjoy art and design, theatre, and exploring new cultures. Relocating to Hawke’s bay has been a great move for us as a family.
